Physical Prototyping
Rapid Prototyping
Rapid prototyping can help verify a design, communicate an idea and fix design issues early in the development process preventing costly changes to the hard tool once the product is in full production. Creating a physical model also helps potential investors and customers better visualize the product at hand, leading to further investment in the product before it goes to market. The term Rapid Prototyping is typically used in association with additive manufacturing and 3D printing technologies.
Stereolithography (SLA): Hard Epoxy, Clear Epoxy and Flexible Epoxy
Selective Laser Sintering (SLS) model: Nylon, Glass Filled Nylon.
Functional Prototyping
Another purpose for the customer to make prototype is to verify the material of the designed product, whether can meet the operation requirements. Generally we call this kind of prototype as functional prototype. Its function mainly to verify the material strength, hardness, and heat resistances properties and also to verify the soundness of the design
CNC samples: ABS, POM,PP, PC, Bakelite, Copper, Aluminum and many other metals & plastics
Proto Moulds & Dies: Most of the metals and plastics
